Meet our founder

Pamela Hernandez, Ph.D. partnered with nonprofits and community advocates across Houston and saw a gap: organizations needed rigorous assessment and evaluation to move missions forward.

She began training local leaders, facilitating community-based participatory research services in USA, research workshop series, and leading research studies that strengthen programs, amplify voices, and advance social change.
